The Albatross

We honestly didn’t do much today apart from drive down to Fresno where we aim to hit some of the parks nearby. Tuna took control of the sports wagon once we cleared town (no point both of us starting in shit traffic).
It was a damp cold overcast day, so made for a good travel day. We stopped at one winery for a tasting, however stuff was quite expensive, we did go to another, however they had a kids party on (why?) and were set up for a wedding later, so no one came to serve us. After abusing their plumbing we just headed to town.
The highlight of the day was going to a massive discount store “Winco”, Costco was next door, but we’ll try them another day. Lots of people with lots of trolleys full of stuff, it was Saturday arvo so heaving. After managing to buy modest portions we tried to find our accommodation in North Lodi Street. There are many North Lodi Streets. What the hell Fresno, do you have no f&@*ing imagination. We found the right one on the 3rd attempt. Anyway, all good, food in belly, lovely home, nice and warm. Adventures tomorrow after a nap.
